Wyoming's Budget Session of 61st State Legislature to begin February 13, 2012
The budget session of the 61st Wyoming Legislature is slated to begin February 13, 2012, and is scheduled to end March 9, 2012.
As you might guess from the title, the state's biennial budget will be the main topic of this session, with the redistricting of the state legislature the other leading topic.

AFFILIATION WITH NEW NATIONAL GROUP
During the recent board of directors meeting, it was decided that WABA would join the Agricultural Nutrient Policy Council. We have been participating with ANPC since its formation earlier this year, signing on to several comments that have been submitted to various federal agencies regarding plant nutrient issues. NPDES Pesticide General Permit
Wyoming DEQ will be finalizing the WYPDES PGP over the next several months, and failing Congressional action to eliminate the need for these permits, will make the signed final general permits available in the near future. If you are making an application that you feel requires a permit coverage prior to issuance of the final permit, please address a letter stating your needs to:
